Course Description: Strategic Management is a compulsory course for business administration students. Through the course study, students can understand the research scope, practical application and latest trends of strategic management, understand the frontier of discipline development, and stimulate students' interest in strategic management. Understand the basic content and strategic management process of strategic management, master the strategic basic analysis tools PESTEL, five forces analysis, value chain analysis, SWOT analysis, etc., and be able to use strategic analysis tools to analyze and evaluate the internal and external environment of the enterprise, formulate strategic types suitable for the growth and development of the enterprise, and promote the further improvement of management quality; Mastering the types, characteristics, implementation motivations, conditions of use, advantages and disadvantages, as well as risks and avoidance measures of corporate and business-level strategies, mergers and acquisitions strategies, internationalization strategies and other strategies can help enterprises choose and match strategies to gain competitive advantages, expand the scope of competition, and obtain excess profits.
