Course Description: Personnel recruitment and quality assessment is the entrance of human resource management, and it is also one of the basic practices of human resource management. How to recruit the right talents is an important issue that determines the core competitiveness of Chinese enterprises entering the market economy. This course aims to enable students to master the relevant theories of personnel recruitment and quality assessment, and to be able to become a qualified examiner in personnel recruitment and selection. On the other hand, on the road to students' future employment, it is hoped that students can combine the various modules in this course to experience how to better play their own qualities and find a satisfactory job in the arduous employment process.
