Course Description: Personnel quality assessment is a professional compulsory course set up for cultivating the basic theoretical knowledge and application ability of students majoring in human resource management, labor and social security, and is an emerging applied interdisciplinary course, which is a comprehensive evaluation system based on management, measurement, statistics, psychology, computer science and other disciplines, and has an important position in the human resource management system. The mission of this course is to enable students to comprehensively and systematically master the basic principles, basic knowledge and basic methods of personnel quality assessment, and to cultivate and improve the quality and ability of human resource management in enterprises, institutions, public sectors and other organizations.
