Course Description: This course is an optional course for students majoring in business administration. Through the study of this course, students can understand the related concepts and development process of quality management; Master some commonly used quality management methods; Master quality sampling inspection techniques; Master statistical process analysis technology and control chart principle; Understand six Sigma management theory; Master ISO9000 quality management system standards and quality certification and service quality management knowledge. Cultivate students' ability to solve practical problems related to quality management, enhance social responsibility, and promote the improvement of overall quality.
