Course Description: Performance Management is a limited course for students majoring in Human Resource Management in Business Administration. Through the study of this course, students should understand the whole process of performance management, master the basic theory of performance management, the main tools of performance management, performance planning, performance communication, performance evaluation and performance compensation, which are the necessary knowledge for performance management jobs in the field of human resource management. Through the learning and training of these knowledge, students can have a strong ability to analyze and solve practical problems in performance management.
