Course Description: Organizational Behavior is a compulsory course for the professional platform of business administration majors. Taking the law of people's behavior in management activities as the research object, the fundamental task is to control and predict people's behavior in the organization, stimulate work enthusiasm, improve work efficiency, coordinate interpersonal relations, and improve organizational effectiveness. Through the study of this course, students will master the basic theories of employee behavior in work organizations from the three levels of individual, group and organization. Able to investigate and analyze the problems in the organization's behavior, combined with the actual operation of the organization. To cultivate students' ability to use the basic theories of organizational behavior to analyze and solve practical problems, enhance their direct feelings and experiences of various behavioral phenomena in organizational activities, learn to explain and analyze various phenomena in organizations from the perspective of behavior, and cultivate students' necessary skills (such as interpersonal communication, teamwork, etc.) for management.
