Course Description: Operations management is a compulsory course for undergraduate students majoring in business administration, and it is a theoretical, practical and professional course. Through the study of this course, students will understand the research scope, development direction and development trend of enterprise operation management, master the basic concepts, principles and methods of operation management, establish advanced enterprise operation management concepts, and cultivate correct methods to solve enterprise operation problems. According to the actual problems in the production services of the enterprise, from the production operation strategy, the design and optimization of the production operation process, the way and method of facility location and facility layout, the comprehensive production plan, the material requirement plan, the production operation plan, inventory control, advanced production methods, etc., the design and selection of the optimal solution to solve the various problems faced by the enterprise.
