Course Description: Management is the basic and core course of business administration majors, and as a pilot course, it lays a theoretical foundation and thinking paradigm for other subsequent courses. The course includes Introduction to Management, Historical Evolution of Chinese and Western Management Thought and Theory, Decision-making, Planning, Organization, Leadership, Control, Innovation, etc. Through the study of this course, students will be familiar with the theoretical system of management, master the basic concepts and basic methods of management, update management concepts, enrich management literacy, understand the latest development trends of management, and be able to use the basic concepts, basic principles and basic methods of management to analyze and explain management phenomena and management activities, and then find and solve management problems.
