Course Description: This course is a limited course for business administration students. Through the study of this course, students will master the basic theories and knowledge of labor relations management; To inspire students' interest in the knowledge of labor relations management, master the establishment, performance, change, dissolution and termination of labor relations with the labor contract law as the core, master the management of labor standards, master the management of social insurance, master the solution of labor disputes, cultivate students' ability to solve practical problems related to labor relations management, enhance their sense of social responsibility, and promote the improvement of their overall quality.
