Course Description: Payroll Management is a restricted course for business administration students. This course is based on the premise and basis of business administration students learning other professional courses, through the study of this course, students can understand the basic laws of salary management, understand the basic process of salary management, systematically master the basic methods of salary management, use the technology of salary management to solve the problems in enterprise human resource management, achieve the purpose of reasonable payment of employee salary, fully protect employee welfare, mobilize employee enthusiasm, improve the overall efficiency of the enterprise, and lay the foundation for students' smooth employment. This course will combine a large number of case studies to develop students' solid management knowledge and practical analytical skills. The analysis and evaluation of actual cases of compensation management can help students establish a good knowledge base, a broad management vision, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and also cultivate students' ability to communicate with others in the classroom. At the same time, students will develop basic practical skills.
