Course Description: The course is a required professional platform course for the Marketing major. The purpose of the course is to train students to become marketing professionals who possess legal knowledge, legal common sense, and the ability to reasonably resolve economic legal disputes. Therefore, through the teaching of this course, students are required to understand and master the basic theories, systems, and principles of economic law; grasp the specific provisions and legislative significance of major existing economic laws and regulations such as market entity law and market behavior law; be able to utilize economic legal knowledge and ways of thinking to make value judgments and right-wrong judgments; analyze and determine the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of each party in economic activities; and through methods such as scenario simulations, specifically demonstrate the emergence and resolution of economic legal issues, thereby effectively enhancing students' ability to observe, analyze, and handle relevant economic legal issues using economic law knowledge.
